THE QUICKEST WAY TO GET YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD:
Contact the National Office and join on-line with a major credit card.

HERE ARE THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP COSTS (as of January 1, 2003):
Adult memberships 18 and over: $28 US
Senior memberships 55 and over: $18 US
Youth memberships 17 and under: FREE
Life memberships 18 and over: $250 US
A valid membership card entitles you to a discount of approximately
10-20% on the single nightly bed rate at all hostels on the HI network.
If you are planning on staying at least eight nights in a hostel during
your travels, you have paid for your membership fee!
In addition, beginning in 2003, all adult, senior and life membership
cards have a travel insurance benefit as part of the membership. Once
you receive your card, you can apply for the no-charge travel
insurance.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD:
A paper membership application will be sent upon request. Just e-mail
brianlogan3@yahoo.com, or you can leave your name and address on our
24-hour voice mail at: 518-472-1914. We will mail you a membership
application at no cost. .
